Motivo de la Singularidad Presenta un porte majestuoso y equilibrado a pesar de tener algunas de sus ramas superiores rotas. Si sus 15 m de altura ya le dan una apariencia notable, no son nada considerando que algunos ejemplares duplican esta altura y presentan portes monumentales en función del terreno donde se desarrollen. El nogal pacano, empieza a naturalizarse en el sur de España en algunas zonas de la Alpujarra granadina y la Axarquía almeriense. en la provincia de Málaga, donde son conocidos simplemente como nogales, es común la presencia de nogales pacanos junto a los cortijos y casas de campo. Se localiza junto al Parque Infantil de esta Zona Verde conocida popularmente como Parque de La Petanca. Junto a él podemos observar también otros dos ejemplares de menor talla, no obstante son escasos los nogales de esta especie en los alrededores.
