This is about a three mile walk from the car park near Breinton Spring which is also the start of our other Breinton Walk series. It takes in a section of the Wye Valley Path and leads down to Breinton Common then back along a small road to retrace your steps for the last half mile or so back to car park. There are farmers field edges, an orchard, tracks and a couple of sections of small roads that can get a little busy at times. There are some sheep in the fields but we have not seen cows. There are no stiles but a few kissing gates. This is an area well known for it’s cider making so there are Apple trees to be seen and the occasional tractor carrying apples to Bulmers in Hereford .
There are 10 caches on the walk plus a bonus if you wish to do this. It is a little different as you will have to look on your way round to get the numbers for the bonus We will tell you which section of the walk to find these numbers But keep your eyes open.
We have varied the size of the containers and they are mostly not too difficult to find with one or two slightly harder.
