I note that someone other than the cache owner has replaced this cache. While I appreciate this action, responsibility for cache ownership includes regular visits to the cache to assure it remains in place and in good repair. This responsibility also extends to responding and addressing issues documented on the cache page as well.
As such, I would look to the cache owner to respond here. As this has not occurred, this cache is archived.
