I would suggest parking in the nearby superstore car-park (see waypoint) and making the short walk to the first stage.
At the listed co-ordinates you will find a container that contains another container which holds the co-ordinates for the final stage, however you'll need to give it a bit of a shake in order for it to reveal them. Please take care with the inner container.
It's then a short walk to the final GZ, but take care because there are some very busy roads nearby.
The final container is large enough to take small trackables and contains a few swaps.
