You may need tweezers to extract the log and you will need a pen to sign. There is no room for TB's in this cache.
Parking is available in Aldershot Park car park or for a shorter walk on the road in Willow Way or Tongham Road. The cache is a short walk from here but the route can be muddy and boggy. The path is accessible by bike but you might need to get off and walk in places. One route is rather boggy the other is dryer but you may need to duck down in places. It is a path but a bit over grown but not nettles or brambles! Cyril the Squirrel sits in a multi trunk tree near Tongham Pool. Tongham Pool was formed through gravel extraction for the construction of the Blackwater Valley Relief Road A331 wbhich runs along the east side of the site. Since then the Blackwater Valley Countryside Partnership have worked with Surrey and Guildford Councils to restore the site to an area which has public access and features for nature conservation.
