This is a great spot to pull over and snap a picture especially during foliage.  Guard Rail caches are too easy so this is on the other side of the road (there is parking south of the cache if you don't feel like crossing the road.  If you do be careful.  Your looking for a camo'd pill bottle and depending on the snow bank should be winter accessable.
