PLEASE NOTE: This cache has moved from its original location due to several exciting encounters with insect life - please be careful on your search. There is a wasp nest just east of the new location clearly flagged with orange survey tape. Leave them alone and they will leave you alone!
Now that you have created your masterpiece of a quilt block design, signed it, decorated it, pinned it to the worksheet and returned it to the bag with the pen - you can deliver it here!
The cache is an ice-cream bucket hidden off the Douglas Fir Trail. You can access from Edworthy Park to the west (makes a nice 8km loop taking Douglas Fir and then coming back along the Bow River Pathway) or from a little known parking lot at N51 02.791 W114 07.069 (lots of shorter trail loop possibilities here too!). There's lots of birds and other wildlife around - even reports of coyotes on the trail so keep Fido and small children close!
