Quasi tre quarti della superficie della Sardegna sono costituiti da rocce del Paleozoico ( paleozoica ) .
Soprattutto nel Carbonifero glutflüssige roccia fusa potrebbe penetrare la crosta terrestre , dove il magma solidificazione aveva un potente , composto prevalentemente da granito corpo roccia plutonica sorgono .
Questo cosiddetto batolite sardo-corso oggi costituisce la base delle due isole .
Tutti gli strati di roccia più anziani sono stati piegati sotto questa pressione e calore , parzialmente convertito in scisti cristallini e cresciuto al di sopra del livello del mare . Ovunque questi strati di roccia sono stati rimossi in successivi periodi geologici , una volta nascosti in mezzo a loro graniti si verificano su una vasta area rivelato oggi . Paesaggi di granito sono particolarmente comuni in Oriente Sardegna .
Il EarthCache in questa regione . Fast dreiviertel der Oberfläche Sardiniens bestehen aus Gesteinen des Erdaltertums (Paläozoikums).
Vor allem im Karbon konnte glutflüssige Gesteinsschmelze in die Erdkruste eindringen, wo das erstarrende Magma einen mächtigen, vorwiegend aus Graniten aufgebauten Tiefengesteinskörper entstehen ließ.
Dieser sogenannte sardisch-korsische Batholith bildet heute das Fundament der beiden Inseln.
Alle älteren Gesteinsschichten wurden dabei unter Druck und Hitze gefaltet, teilweise in kristalline Schiefer umgewandelt und über den Meeresspiegel angehoben. Überall dort, wo diese Gesteinsschichten in späteren Erdzeitaltern abgetragen wurden, treten die einst unter ihnen verborgenen Granite heute weitflächig zutage. Granitlandschaften sind vor allem in Ostsardinien verbreitet.
Genau in dieser Region befindet sich der Earthcache. Zwischen dem Golfo Aracini und der legenären Costa Smeralda führt eine landschaftlich sehr reizvolle allerdings auch sehr kurvige Panoramastraße und sorgt dabei mehr als einmal dafür, dass man hier gerne ein Weilchen verweilen möchte. Der Golfo di Marinella zeichnet sich durch eine tiefe und sehr weite Bucht aus, die mit Macchiahängen einen unvergleichlichen Reiz ausübt. Der Strand am Golfo di Marinella ist vom feinen Sand, herrlich und selbstbestimmend lang und von einer Breite mit reichlich Platz aber nicht übertrieben breit.
Um diesen Earthcache zu loggen, erfülle bitte folgende Aufgabe:
1:Aus welchem Gesteinsmaterial besteht das Gebirgsmassiv vorrangig an den Zielkoordinaten
2:Wie heißen die drei Hauptbestandteile des in 2: gesuchten Begriffs?
3:Begebe Dich zu den Koordinaten N 40 59.680 E 009 34.168. Dort befindet sich ein Schild mir einer Jahreszahl die gesucht wird.
