Geocache Description:

It was October 25th 2006 when we hosted the first COG Meet & Greet (GCYJ0X) less than 2.5 kilometers east of here. At that time we were SNEAKING around Barrie. Now we are WINGING it. No really, we are just RIBBING you.

COG has enjoyed an event every month since then. How long can we keep it going?

At that time we were proud to say there were dozens of geocaches within 5 kilometers. Now there are 100+ geocaches nearby. My how times have changed.

New to geocaching? Been around for a while? Come and meet the friends you never knew you had.

Event is on Saturday October 25th between 1pm and 3pm. Space is limited so PLEASE INCLUDE THE NUMBER IN YOUR PARTY so that we can keep track of how many will be attending. This function is family friendly and all are welcome.

This is a great way to meet, swap travel bugs, geocoins and stories. Maybe get into a deep discussion on the meaning of life, or find some help with a troubling geocache.
