Geocache Description:

View friom near GZ

Cairn Wood

Cairn Wood is on the Ballysallagh Road in the Craigantlet Hills.

It is an elevated site that overlooks Ballysallagh trout-fishing reservoirs with views of Clandeboye, Bangor, the coast of Antrim and even Scotland.

A popular spot for orienteering, rambling and geocaching.

Accessible all year.

The Cache

The cache is something a little different, odds are a couple/team will overcome the problem facing them at GZ quicker than a lonley cacher. To claim this particular find, you MUST sign the log so please be sure to bring a writing instrument. A pair of tweezers would come in most useful also. Please leave the cache as you find it, this is important so that the next cacher can 'enjoy' the same experience as you have.
