ETTRICK – Chesterfield County “The Series”
The ETTRICK Community is located in southern Chesterfield County and has a population of approximately 7,225 residents. The student population that attends Virginia State University which is located in the ETTRICK community is included in the population count. There are approximately 1,759 single-family units and 86 duplexes within the ETTRICK community. The ETTRICK community borders include the city of Colonial Heights to the north and the east, the MATOACA community to the west and the Appomattox River to the south. Ettrick Riverside Park and Ettrick Park are the two county parks within the community. Virginia State University, the Mayes Colbert Ettrick Community Building and the Amtrak station are located within the ETTRICK community. The community experiences a higher than average emergency call rate for Police and EMS and an average rate for Fire calls. The traffic crash rate is lower than the county average.
The cache is an easy park and grab. You should be able to park very near if not right next to ground zero. Use you best stealth this is a hgh muggle area at times.
