This is a commercial forestry and is harvested in sections every year. It's about a 2.5k linear route.
A nice shady place for walking in summer, a brisk fragrant hike in autumn.
IT CAN GET SWAMPY IN WINTER (NOV-FEB), ONLY SUITABLE FOR 4x4 CARS AT THIS TIME OR BRING WELLIES IF YOU'RE WALKING!
Locally this is referred to as Fassouri 'Forest' but those of us used to Welsh or Bavarian types of forest might find that rather ambitious. The trees are mostly eucalyptus and pine, with some wild olive for those who are interested. Part of the route goes past orange groves which smell wonderful in spring and autumn.
Mosquitoes the size of small aircraft abound here so a good layer of repellant is advisable if you are walking.
Cache is a large tupperware with log, pencil, FTF and swaps, lots of room in this one, please put the 'nest' back as you found it, so the cache is invisible from all angles
Number one in this series is an old cache that I have renamed you can find it at GC4K6VE
