Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This is a nano-sized cache, & across the street from this corner begins the "Jill Hall Trail."  Apparently, this stretch of the popular Eastern Shore Trail is named after someone special.  (And when hunting for a cache, in case it needs saying: do NOT open electrical boxes!) Congrats to Cache-Counter for being the FTF...and thank you for the note explaining a bit more about Ms. Hall. BYOP

I tried to Google "Jill Hall," but came up with little.  However, there is a local memorial scholarship program with the same name.   I would love it if some knowledgable geocacher could give me more information on who she was.
