This cache is the second in a series of annual Halloween themed caches. This is a relatively straightforward hide but the cache has been enhanced with various spooky items. Boo!
Our recommended approach would be to start at one of the listed parking coordinates, proceed to the trailhead and continue on until you reach the main Rock Creek Trail. Eventually you'll want to head off the trail, up the steep hill to where the cache is located. Be careful as the hillside can be slippery. You can reach this cache from other parking or trailheads within the park.
The outside container is made of black plastic and intended to protect the actual cache from the elements. Please do NOT attempt to remove the outside container. Simply open the door of the protective container to access the horrors within! You can remove the actual cache from the container. At the time of publishing, the cache contains a large variety of Halloween tricks for the trading. Please do not take the large skeleton as that is intended to stay in the cache. FTF gets an unactivated Count Cacheula trackable!
