Geocache Description:

The Allegheny Rangers have decided to develop a "Guided Tour" through Jefferson and Clearfield Counties. All of the caches have been placed along the road and there should be plenty of room to pull over.  

Knox Township was organized in 1853 and was named for the Hon. John C Knox, a judge in Jefferson County.  With Knox Township is the villiage of Knox Dale, once known as Knoxville.
