As I drove into Newman, I couldn't help but see the latest addition to the skyline.
Newman has a new lookout and on this trip, it was still under construction.
I have placed a cache here but it may be reborn once the lookout and associated artwork are complete.
For the moment, the cache is just outside the newly built handrail, you should see the likely GZ from the statue.
The statue is of Stan and Ella Hilditch, the couple who discovered the iron ore deposit at Mt Whaleback in 1957. They are pointing in the direction of the mine.
Be mindful of muggles both near you, and below you, as you make the grab.
