Geocaching has taken us on some great adventures and this was one that we hate to see slip away . When we originally found this cache on September 15, 2012 our log stated that we dropped a heart travel bug , more like a quick park and grab and TFTC log. You know the go to the cords, find cache ,sign log and go. Never taking the time to read the description of this cache . WELL things changed when we went looking for the missing cache .
WE decided to read the description and thats when we realized that there is a true TREASURE here only 15 ft on the shoreline on the other side of the mangrove trees ! THIS CACHE CONTAINS (language of Location) THEN AND NOW !
We were brought here for a reason the first time and we missed it ! NOW its YOUR turn to understand the meaning of LANGUAGE OF LOCATION.
To fullfill your adventure you MUST Have proper foot wear ! And you MUST walk the shoreline ! You may get lucky and find some sea glass. Sea Glass is formed when glass from bottles and such is churned and tumbled by the ocean until there are no sharp edges remaining. Some pieces are really works of art. Be careful if you go down into the tidal area there is GLASS EVERYWHERE ( more GLASS then you have ever seen). Make sure you are wearing proper footwear if you head that direction.
Take some time to RELAX this is a great spot to have a cup of coffee or a sandwich and enjoy the amazing view. From Bonefish Tower and Sombrero Light to the right to Coco Plum Channel and beyond to the left, it’s truly a spectacular view
Happy Caching Adventures !
