Lobotomy Louie is the unfortunate victim of an amateur medical staff member, from an undisclosed mental ward. He escaped but ended up very lost and stopped where the rubber left the road. He was very tired, and decided to rest his achy bones. He tried to move on, but kept squealing and screeching in pain whenever he tread on the nearby ground.
Won't you come pay him a visit and keep him company for a short while?
Louie has room for very little room for any SWAG. Small trinkets or charms may appease him, but it's best not to load him down with too much stuff.
