He's Back - Now, Now, Let's Set the Captive Free. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

baradam: Unfortunately it appears that custom gadget caches cannot survive here in the Beaverton area. This one was ripped down and along with the other three which needed maintenance this one is gone.

So, sad for I had plans to do more but seems unlikely here at this point.

Geocache Description:

The second in the series, all the guts and feather are waiting. Please do not use geotools, they just mess up the operator then the next people cannot get it to function. Last time half the operator was pried off....

The news is true, He's Back! Grumpy has reopened the shop and this is the second of a series of new caches "The Best of Baradam". With that theme in place we started with a micro, kind of a micro just to remind everyone of those day however we'll try and break it up some. You'll be looking for something a little larger this time but it isn't the container that will baffle you but the technique in which it takes to retrieve it. Yep, if you did the first one well the second is not the same. Listen to this, "DON'T Bring your own pen, a typical set aside for this cache and remember no swearing.... The trees have delicate leaves you know.

The shop is open and the creative juices are flowing. The only question is "How do you get in?" Don't scare the foul and please no geotools otherwise it will mess up the works. But I will say Grumpy actually made it easier. Now it is find the combination, not actually numbers but the correct solution. Please set everything back to where you found it and close the door. Oh, the answer is no. Once it is in, there is no getting it back, think of other projects.

The detail is in the labels, no this one does not need any wires or magnets or knives. Put all that in your pocket but to play the game you may have to pony up to play. I like it, "Pay to Play" push some buttons, peek in a few holes then twist some knob and low and behold. Then be quick! If you pull ever so slightly on the door then push gently and open you'll get the best results. If it is more than gentle it is "Out of order" and report to maintenance.

Enjoy, and no this is a one customer per door swing just so everyone has a go at the challenge. Yes, there are lots of dummy knobs and pegs but you have to find the right slot. Nothing takes a lot of force just a few grams of pressure and Walla. This is a test for me and I'll have to see how the cache holds up, what it takes.
