This cache is named after a coworker of mine Phil who made the container. Since so many caches on AUAB are micros or puzzle caches I wanted to place one that requires little geosense but would get people to venture out. This cache is large enough for travel bugs and trinkets. There is bus stop nearby and difficulty is low. However, beware of muggles during the day and the luring eye from across the street, so stealth is necessary. It is best to approach at night and on Sundays. A coin is placed in the container for FTF, along with a couple of TB that needed a room in a den.
