The cache is at the published coordinates, but to log a find here you must fulfil the following conditions
1. Sign the log
2. To have found at least 100 caches with the stroller accessible attribute (buggy)
3. To have found at least 200 caches with the recommended for kids attribute.
4. To have found at least 200 caches with the dogs attribute.
You may sign the log before you qualify and log a cache note, but please don't post a Found It log until you qualify
I can look on your Project Geocaching profile to check that you qualify, but if you choose to keep your profile private and you are short of something to do, you can list your qualifying caches. You could also post a screen shot of the right bit of your profile.
