Over the years I have never seen anyone here. Today I saw the next-door neighbor working near the old road.
I turned around and parked at the trail head. I told him about geocaching. He said he has lived there for 15 years and except for a power line work crew last week driving down the road he has never seen anyone else using the road.
At the cache GZ you will see a short stretch of the old Farmington Canal.
The road has not been maintained for a while but it was an easy walk down but a little harder walking back up!!
About 10 years ago I walked down to the cache area and have been thinking about placing a cache here.
