The area is under construction for an addition to the Fry's lot. What will it be? I guess we will find out soon enough. In the mean time, there is a construction fence that usually prevents you from getting to it. I say "sometimes" because the fence moves from time to time. Sometimes the area is left open or unlocked. Are you clever enough to figure out how to access it? Are you lucky enough to catch it while they have the fence relocated?
