New To Town Traditional Cache

First cache planted. Nice time of yr to plant. New to using my GPS so forgive me if the coorinates are off a bit.

Being new to geocaching i noticed that there were no caches in my area so i decided it was time for me to step to the next level of the game and plant some caches in hopes that some new comers to the area will be inspired to add some more to the area. The cache name has several meaning to it, One being that I am fairly new to town. Good luck with this one and there will b more to follow. While you are in the area stop and have a beverage and let the owner kno why you are in our neck of the woods. I will be looking forward to hearing the feedback from them. The owner has asked that you refrain from using the stairs in the area of the cache for insurance purposes. You will be looking for a black container.
