If you're standing on Chester Road looking at the pond, to your left there's a sidewalk that leads into the small park. Once you enter the small park, leave the sidewalk and walk along the grass along the east side of the pond. As you do so, the pond will be on your right, but the cache will be on your left along the edge of the woods near the southeast corner of the pond.
