This cache is located at another of the many wayside exhibits installed by the Forest Service along Highway 67. There is ample room for even large vehicles to park. Curious about the burned area you've been driving through? This exhibit may answer your questions as well as providing info about some unique geology. Highway 67 closes for the winter usually by December 1st, or earlier depending on snowfall.
The cache is about 175 feet Southwest of the parking area. To locate go downhill from the marker to the white rocks. Look to your left. See the burned log laying on the ground? The cache is about midspan by that log.
The container is small but with room small tradables. No pencil so bring your own.
