Geocache Description:

[English]National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology - Branch Varna

Branch Varna is the largest with an area of observation Еastern Bulgaria and the western part of Black Sea. The task of the branch is to make observations, to archive, to produce weather forecasts and agro-meteorological and hydrological forecasts. They are the authors and marine forecasts as a country bordering the sea shall grant to ships in the Black Sea forecasts in Bulgarian and English according to the International Convention for saving lives at sea. The cache can be reached by walk through Varna Sea Garden - that's why leave your car outside of the garden and enjoy the walk. From the cache place is discovered splendid view of Black Sea, beaches, the harbor and the southwestern districts of Varna.
Do your best not to be seen and re-hide the cache in its original place with container lid faced down.

Филиала във Варна е най-големия, със зона на наблюдение Източна България и западната част на Черно море. Задачата на филиала е да прави наблюдения, да архивира, да изработва прогнози за времето, както и агро-метеорологични и хидроложки прогнози. Те са авторите и на морските прогнози, които като държава с излаз на море са длъжни да издават за корабите в Черно Море на български и английски според Международната конвенция за спасяване на човешки живот на море. До кеша се стига пеш през Варненската Морска градина - за това оставете своя автомобил извън нея и се насладете на разходката. От мястото на кеша се открива страхотна гледка към Черно море, плажовете, пристанището и югозападните квартали на Варна.
Направете най-доброто да не бъдете видяни, както и поставете кеша на неговото оригинално място с капака на контейнера сочещ на долу.

[Deutsch]Nationales Institut für Meteorologie und Hydrologie - Filiale Varna

Das nationale Institut in Varna ist das größte in Bulgarien und sein Beobachtungsbereich schließt Ost-Bulgarien und West-Schwarzes Meer ein. Der Aufgabenbereich des Instituts umfasst die Beobachtung, die Archivierung und das Erstellen von Wetterberichten, sowie agrar-meteorologische und hydrologische Vorhersagen. Da der Staat auch eine Meeresgrenze hat, sind sie außerdem zuständig für die Vorhersage des Meeresspiegels. Diese Vorhersagen werden laut Internationalem Übereinkommen zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See für die Schiffe auf dem Schwarzen Meer in Bulgarisch und Englisch verfasst. Zum Cache geht man zu Fuß in den Meeresgarten von Varna - das Auto müsst ihr außerhalb des Parks abstellen, danach könnt ihr den Spaziergang genießen. Am Cacheort gibt es einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, den Strand, den Hafen und die südwestlichen Stadtbezirke.
Geben Sie Ihr Bestes, um nicht gesehen zu werden, und verstecken Sie den Cache an seinem ursprünglichen Platz mit dem Behälterdeckel nach unten.
