Tai intensyviai žmonių lankoma vieta, ypač švenčių ir poilsio dienomis. Prisimenant šios vietos istoriją – tai buvusi caro eigulio Rusecko sodybvietė, dar ir dabar vadinama „Ruseckynė“. Prieš šimtą metų toje vietoje augo rugiai, o dabar šimtametės pušys. Didelės duobės mena pirmojo pasaulinio karo laikus – susišaudymą tarp rusų ir vokiečių iš patrankų, kurioms atvežti buvo nutiestas siauras geležinkeliukas. Ši vieta būdinga tuo, kad vienu metu gali poilsiauti kelios žmonių grupės. Take yra įrengta lauko baldų, supynių, kitų atrakcijonų. Tako pabaigoje įrengta poilsiavietė „Skruzdžių kalnelis“, nuo jos už 200-300 m yra dar 2 poilsiavietės: „Apuokynė“ ir „Pušų paunksmė“. Tai sudaro 3 poilsiaviečių ir 1 rekreacinio tako kompleksą.

This is a very popular site which can get really crowded during weekends and holidays. It is a former homestead of the forester Ruseckas, and even nowadays you can occasionally hear the place being called Ruseckynė. There was a rye field covering the entire area a hundred years ago, whereas presently is occupied by centenarian pine trees. The large holes in the ground remind of the cannon shooting between the Russians and the Germans during the First World War. A narrow gauge railway was constructed for the transportation of the cannons. This recreation site is famous for being able to accommodate several tourist groups at the same time. There are outside furniture, swings and other amusement equipment available for the use of the visitors. The recreation path consists of three rest areas: the Anthill is located at the very end of it, and the other two, the Eagle Owl’s Nest and the Pine Tree Shade are just about 200-300 meters away. The three rest areas and the recreation path make up one complex.
