SELBAC Xmas Dinner 2014 Event Cache

This is the Annual SELBAC Christmas Dinner and will be at The Toby Carvery, Eden Park, Beckenham.  We shall meet at 7pm to sit down together for our carvery Xmas dinner and then once we've eaten, we have a get together and swap prezzies in the Secret Santa (value £8) and also start off another TB race!

Both the Secret Santa and the TB race are optional for those wishing to take part.

You need to buy a Xmas themed tb or add something Christmassy to an ordinary tb tag (I have a few for sale at £5.50 each) and take a photo to add to the race listing. You have to add your own trackable AND PHOTO..... and remember to bring along with you to the Xmas dinner on the evening!

The tb race will be the one with the furthest distance away from the start point by the end of November 2015. Not the miles travelled but the distance of the finishing location from the Toby! This year it was Slumped who suggested the race details. Thanks, Sue, as need new ideas for races!!!!

The nearest train station is Eden Park (directly opposite the pub) which is only 20-25 minutes from London Bridge. There is a large car park to the rear of the pub.

Please feel very welcome to come along especially if you are new. You'll feel among friends once you walk through the door. We have our own area on the left as you walk through the main doors!!

Those who want to sit down together and eat must let me know so the table can be booked. Of course, this is an event and anyone may turn up but we will be seated in the restaurant and tables used by those eating. It will be possible for you to join us after the meal and the event timing has been scheduled to accommodate this. Please indicate in your log if wanting to come along but not be eating. Thanks.
