Go to the listed coordinates to find a plaque on the wall. This plaque tells when the original city hall was built and when it was torn down.

Subtract the number 74 from the last three numbers in the date that the city hall was built. This number will be XXX. N45 01.XXX

Subtract the number 812 from the last three numbers that the city hall was razed. This number will be YYY. W093 20.YYY This will bring you to the end stage of this multicache.
