There is nothing hidden at the given coordinates. They will take you to a little lane which may, or may not, be of use to you.
While I was delivering leaflets before the General Election in 2014, I saw lots and lots of letterboxes (duh!) — some very grand, some very neglected, some standard, some quirky, some out front and easy to find and some actually well hidden. After I had finished, I decided to give the geocaching community a taste of what I had seen.
Below are 9 photos of letterboxes, all taken within the area bounded by Drivers Road, Highgate, Lachlan Avenue and the Town Belt. As you find them, take note of the missing digit and use it as the value of the letter associated with the photo.
Note: in some cases the number is not on the letter box, but nearby. In these cases, use the last digit of the house number.
The cache is located at
S 45° (A+B-D)(E-G-F).(A+H-I)(C+F+H)(E-B-H)’
E 170° (G-B-I)(G-A-I).(D-C-H)(E-D+C)(A+C-I)’.
It is about 10 metres from a well known path through the Town belt.
