I chose one of my favourite places to hide my first cache, just outside the library 
Growing up, my mom took me to the library every couple of weeks. The library is a great place to meet people; whenever I move to a new area, it is one of the first places I go.
This should be a pretty easy find, but it is also a high muggle area, so you will need to be stealthy.
The latest container is quite small and well camouflaged I have increased the difficulty rating slightly to accommodate this -- log only, bring your own pen.
