Geocache Description:

Short 3 part multicache with part 3 being the actual cache in a suburban downtown park area. Most of the way is paved but the last 100 feet or so is off in the grass. There are some stairs too along the way.

I personally think where the cache is hidden is an awesome spot. There's even a bench to take a load off, sit and read, or just take in the surroundings. There's parking close by and some cool bridges. Mainly paved trail, but cache and bench are off trail in the grass. Cache is a larger, but still small, screw top container. I put a few items inside along with a log. BYOP.

Start off at the initial coordinates and look for a small plaque. To get to the second stage add the Str. No. to the North coordinate only below.

N 36 94.807

E -88 18.470

Second stage: Once here, look for a "In Memory Of" plaque. Take the name on the plaque and convert the letters to numbers using the alphabet as a key. For example, A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, and so on. Once you have all the letters converted into numbers, add the numbers for the first name only and add your resulting number to the North coordinate below. Then add the numbers for the last name only and add your resulting number to the East coordinate below. The resulting coordinate is the final stage and where the physical cache is located. (Remember when doing your math that the East coordinate is negative.)

N 41 50.781

E -88 18.493
