This is an event to meet with the Ezemvelo Wildlife Honorary Officers.
The Mega Steering Committee, in keeping with the elephant theme of MEGA SA 2014 agreed that any surpluses from Mega SA 2014 would be donated to EW HOs for use in elephant conservation efforts, primarily at Tembe Elephant Game Reserve.
Thanks to the excellent support received from geocachers from all parts of South Africa, we are in a position to make a useful donation to them, which will be done during this event.
The event will take place as follows:
- Date: Sunday 23 November 2014.
- Time: 11h00 to 15h30.
- Venue: Interpretative Centre, Krantzkloof Nature Reserve
- Address: Kloof Falls Road, opposite the main picnic spot.
All geocachers are welcome to attend. Please bring your own (m)eats and drinks, and a small bag of charcoal.
Fires will be lit at about 12h00, and the presentation should take place about 14h30.
