This is my home village and in my opinion definitely worth a visit, preferably for a leisurely walk to see all of its points of interest ,or read up about it's colourful history or just to grab the caches available. The caches are all available by car, as I have tried to ensure car parking is alongside them, or relatively nearby.
The centre of the village, The Street, contains many old houses, built with the characterstic Basing House red brick and St Mary's Church. The River Loddon, whose source is in Worting to the west of Basingstoke, flows through the village too.
