V.F.M.C. (Vlielands First Multi Cache) Multi-Cache

For anyone that does not have standard "Dutch Grid" & "Dutch Map Datum" in their GPS, use the settings below to set your "User Grid" & "User Map Datum" for this Cache.

To be able to find this password you will need the following:

• GPS with standard "Dutch Grid" & "Dutch Map Datum" or "User Grid" & "User Map Datum"
• Time, it will take quite some time to get round the island and search for all the trees
• Printed pictures of the trees (or a photografical memory) (you can rightclick on the pictures and have them shown seperately or you can download the file at the bottom of this page with all the pictures in it)
• The table on this Cache page (so you can find out the password)
• Some food and drinks (to get passed those energy dips you might run into)

Om het wachtwoord te kunnen vinden zul je het volgende nodig hebben:

• GPS met standaard "Dutch Grid" & "Dutch Map Datum" of "User Grid" & "User Map Datum"
• Tijd, het zal je redelijk wat tijd kosten om het eiland rond te komen en al de bomen te zoeken
• Afdrukken van de plaatjes van de bomen (of een fotografisch geheugen) (je kunt de plaatjes rechtsklikken en dan apart openen of onderaan deze pagina het bestand met alle plaatjes neerladen)
• De tabel op deze Cache pagina (zodat je het wachtwoord kan vinden)
• Wat eten en drinken (om door de energie dipjes heen te komen)

And now for the actual Cache Info:

On the island there are quite a few trees, we have sorted out six of these trees. Now it is for you to find were these trees are. And of course we will help you along by giving you three zones per tree to search in.

Each zone is defined by a minimum coördinate and a maximum coördinate. If you would place these coördinates on a map you would get a square of 20 by 20 meters. If you are in the right zone, you will find the tree (from the three pictures) in this zone.

If you have found the zone for a tree then the letter in table (at the far right side on the same line of the correct zone) is the letter for your password. Your password consits of 6 letters and you should wright them down in the same order as the table to get the correct password.

En dan nu de echte Cache informatie:

Op het eiland zijn heel wat bomen, we hebben er zes uitgezocht. Nu is het de kunst om erachter te komen waar deze bomen staan. En natuurlijk zullen we je een beetje helpen door per boom drie zones op te geven waar je kunt gaan zoeken.

Elke zone is gedefiniëerd door een minimum en een maximum coördinaat. Als je deze coördinaten op een kaart zou plaatsen krijg jee een vierkant van 20 bij 20 meter. Als je in de juiste zone bent, zul je de boom (van de drie plaatjes) vinden.

Als je de zone gevonden hebt voor een boom dan is de letter in de tabel (helemaal aan de rechterkant op de zelfde regel als de goede zone) een letter voor het wachtwoord. Het wachtwoord bestaat uit 6 letters en je moet ze in dezelfde volgorde als de tabel opschrijven om het juiste wachtwoord te krijgen.
