Welcome to a local trail system that is gravel and dirt making for easy terrain. This location is friendly for the entire family including the dogs who are allowed off leash here. Please clean up after your pet if they are joining you.
This cache was placed and named in honor of Glacier our yellow lab that loved coming to this area to play. The Swimming hole just east of the GZ was her favorite place to swim as she aged. Swimming was the only thing she could do that didn't cause her to hurt that night. We came here a lot as the days drew to an end. Due to high traffic at the swimming hole, we couldn't put this exactly where we wanted to but close enough. The GZ is located a short distance off a well travelled trail system. Please use stealth as muggles of two and four legs are of plenty in the area. Although the cache is off the trail, most should have no difficulty reaching the cache.
Container is adequate size for swag and Travel Bugs. Cache started with lots of goodies for the four legged kids oh and a few for the two leggers. If you take something, please leave something for the next cacher. No need to leave items if moving a travel bug.
