This cache is hidden in Cookson Campground, one of my favorite places on the lake to camp. There is always a cool breeze blowing from the south in this area. Hope you take a little time and sit on the picnic table and enjoy this view of the lake.
There is parking at the pavilion.
During the winter months, the gate may be closed, to the upper part of the park. To reach the cache, there will be a nice hike up the hill.
