Point Lookout Beach, NY - The entrance is at the south end of the Loop Parkway - take straight across Lido Blvd.......easy ride to the beach.
Used to relax and/or play there as a youth for many years in the 70's and 80's.... great memories with family and friends -- Surfcasting there now. Keep an eye out for muggles during the summer months, although not too busy. You may see a dad teaching his kid to drive, remote control vehicles cruising around or the occasional kiteboard skater there during the off months. Fee during summer (7am-5pm), otherwise free.
