How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A fairly easy trail of 12 caches plus bonus around Brimpts Wood.  The total distance is approximately 2¼ miles with almost all on easy tracks and paths.

The cache is not at this location.  To find the cache you need to collect 8 bonus letters from the caches in this series.

This cache will be found at N 50° 32.(K+M)(B+C)(L-B) W 003° 53.(J-D-K)(A-C)(M-K)

All necessary information will now be found in the caches.

PLEASE NOTE: The information boards have now been changed and the new ones are required only for the Brimpts Mine multi and NOT for this bonus cache.

This series was inspired by a post in the Devon FB Group when Tammie asked if there was a Dartmoor series which her teenage son, Connor, could manage who is an amputee.  None could be suggested, so I said that I would try to put one together - and this is the result.  Tammie and Connor have kindly agreed to it being called Connor's Challenge.

This is nothing like a normal Dartmoor Dave series, with simple to find caches each with a hint and hopefully a touch of fun throughout.

Please note: Although not a difficult terrain, it is NOT wheelchair friendly.

Caches placed with the kind permission of the Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Forestry Commission.

Please DO NOT attempt this series in the dark.
