The Primacy Collegiate Academy (TPCA) is a Seventh-day Adventist high-school. TPCA is most famous for it's 1:1 iPad school, the first in the Seventh-day Adventist school system (of over 7800 schools world-wide) and the first in Taiwan. The official mission statement of the school is: "Empowering and motivating its students to develop wisdom, live healthfully, care for others, and know God."
The cache IS NOT in the school nor is it at the front gate. Try to avoid times like before 8:15, during lunch time (11:20 - 12:15), and after school time (4:30-5:30) as there will be a lot of students (potential muggles) walking around. Weekends are usually the safest times.
The cache is large enough to fit multiple trackables and souvenirs at once. We placed TPCA stickers in the cache, feel free to grab one!
There is a security camera pointing towards the area of the cache, as noted by [Spicemama] Fear not! The camera is owned by my school and the security guard had been informed about the presence of the cache!
