Geocache Description:

A quick cache and dash in Lauragh on the Beara Peninsula, along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Lauragh is a very picturesque and historical part of the Beara Peninsula; there are many archaeological interests in the area including stone circles and ring forts.

The area is an outdoor enthusiast’s haven, lending its rivers, lakes, mountains and quiet country roads to many an activity.

I have left a small shamrock pin free to take for the FTF and an Ireland badge in the cache, if you would like to take the Ireland badge please remember the rule if you take something you must leave something of equal or greater value.
