The cache is located in Plumper Community Park on a 2 km loop hiking trail connecting to Mount Parke Regional Park
To get to this cache you will need to to do a bit of up/down or down/up elevation to get to depending on the way you approach it either from Kim Road or from Mount Parke Road that services the cell towers on the ridge. I recommend walking the loop trail up to the top of Mount Parke Regional Park a trail that leads to the ridge and panoramic views of the land and sea below. In spring, wildflowers cling to the slopes. Blue-eyed Mary, early saxifrage and spring gold are just a few of the resident wildflowers here.
It is a chance to access easy views overlooking the Gulf Islands and the surrounding ocean channels. Some of the landmarks viewed from the mountain include Saturna Island, North Pender Island and Plumper Sound.
