East meets West Christmas Event Event Cache

This will probably be the last EVENT for the year before we all (or maybe all) of us go on holiday.

So why dont we all selabrate Christmas with a nice Christmas EVENT.

This Event will be on Saturady evaning 6th December from 6PM till 10Pm or Later if you still want to party on

Where: at the Brynston Scout hall.

Please dress up for this EVENT as this is where EAST will meet WEST (Dress code - are you from the East or the West - make it fun and dress up for this occasion).

NOTE: This is not a EastRand and WestRand geocaching Event only, It is open for all geocachers to attend and to dress up like the East or the West

Bring the whole familie, extended familie, husband's, wife’s, kids, oumas and oupas, brothers and sisters, boyfriends, girlfriends..... Eish JUST NOT THE Neighbours NEXT DOOR, as those people are weird!!!!!!

Bring your pick nick basket, Christmas food or just a tjop if you want to braai. Tables and chairs will be available, so come decorate your table with Christmas decorations and all your nice food for the evening.

We will have some nice music and maybe one or two Doef Doef songs for if you want to "Rock Daai Lyfie" op die daans vloer.

There will be no entrance fee for this event, but a small contrubution will be welcome to cover the cost for renting the hall. This is not compulsary but only if you want to.

Now for the other FUN part of the evening: hahaha

Each and every one of us is encouraged to bring a present, it should not be worth more than R20-00 (can be a cache container, or something you have made yourself) and wrapped in Christmas paper.

When you arrive at the Event, participants should go and hide it somewhere in the grounds, take the co-ordinates (I'm sure you all know how to do that) right it on a piece of paper that we will supply you and put it in the draw box.

Later that evening you will be allowed to draw one piece of paper and go find your Christmas Gift. YEA don’t forget your GPS at home that night, you’re a geo cacher - be prepared.

Here are the RULES again:

1. Come dressed up for the occasion East meets West.
2. Be a sport and join the FUN.
3. Partisipants can Bring a present of not more that R20-00 hides it and later go find your own present.
4. Bring your munchies and drinks for the evening ( you don't want to go hungry or thirsty that night)
5. Bring your family, friends, oumas and oupas (not the Neighbours, we don’t want the weird people there)
6. And most important we want YOU there.

We hope to see all the Geocachers there for a East and the West theme party.....
