Kula Petra Zrinskog u Vrbovcu je zaštitni simbol gradaVrbovca.Kula Zrinski, ostatak je starog vrbovečkog kaštela obitelji Zrinski sagrađenog za obranu od Turaka nakon 1528. godine. Burna povijest ovog kraja očituje se u promjenama brojnih vlasnika kaštela: obitelji Erdody, Zrinski, Patačići i dr. Danas je od dvorca ostala samo valjkasta kula, koja je i u doba kad je podignuta bila više simbol moći, nego što je služila u obrambene svrhe. U Vrbovcu je 1621. godine rođen veliki domoljub, hrvatski ban Petar Zrinski. Kula smještena u glavnom gradskom parku simbol je grada i detalj gradskog grba.
Prema legendi, u kuli se 6. lipnja 1621. godine rodio ban Petar Zrinski. Istina je da je Petar Zrinski bio rođen u staroj drvenoj zgradi, koja je zajedno sa starim drvenim kaštelom izgorila u požaru 1755. g. u seljačkoj buni. Unatoč tome, legenda i danas živi na novopostavljenoj turističkoj ploči kod kule Petra Zrinskog.
