This cache is found along Prestavegen, which is a trail going from Sirevåg to Vatnamot in Rogaland, Norway.
This cache is found along Prestavegen, which is a trail going from Sirevåg to Vatnamot in Rogaland, Norway. The trail affords some spectacular views of the rocky hills to the east of RV 44 in Rogaland, roughly following the railway lines that also go parallel to the Old Post Road from Ogna to Hellvik. Boots recommended. The trail can be a little muddy in places. Also, there are some snakes in the area and boots are sensible for those on hikes. I have walked this route a number of times and very much prefer going from Vatnamot to Sirevåg rather than the other way around.
