It looks like many years ago somebody was coming down the hill from the top of Mt. Dufferin in an old International pickup truck, they were going too fast and missed a curve just below the summit. If you look for what remains of the wreckage, you should be able to find the cache.
The cache is in a small metal container and although it can be reached from above, it is best accessed from below.
