Mijn zwager Exploring bear gaat naast Geocachen ook graag duiken. Ook op deze plek komt hij regelmatig duiken. Onlangs vond hij op Bonaire zijn eerste duik Cache en dat bracht hem op een idee! We besloten om samen de taken te verdelen, aangezien we beide verschillende eigenschappen bezitten. Hij heeft dan ook de fysieke Cache gemaakt, de locatie uitgezocht en zal deze ook gaan onderhouden. Ik heb de pagina voor mijn rekening genomen en alles wat met deze site te maken heeft. Wij hopen dat u veel plezier aan deze Cache zult beleven en pas goed op uzelf !!
My brother in law Exploring bear not only enjoys Geocaching but also scuba diving. He regularly visits this location to make a relaxing dive. Recently, he found his first underwater Cache in Bonaire, which brought him an excellent idea! We decided to divide the tasks, since we each possess different qualities. My brother in law made the Cache itself, selected the location and will maintain it in the future. I made this page and will maintain everything related to this site. De Cache:
De Cache zelf is een plastic koker met een schroefdop. Laat de cachebehuizing bevestigd zoals die is en draai dus alleen maar de schroefdop voorzichtig los. De bodem is vrij modderig dus als je het kunt, is het beter als je goed boven de bodem blijft hangen, anders is je zicht weg. Het logboek is relatief klein, dus zorg dat je zo klein mogelijk schrijft zodat er zo veel mogelijk logjes van de andere Geocachers op passen. De Cache is alleen onderwater te loggen en het Duikleitje (Logboek) is uitsluitend te beschrijven met potlood. Een potlood zou in de Cache aanwezig moeten zijn, maar een slimme Geocacher heeft altijd een eigen potlood bij zich. Foto’s van je Cachemoment zullen zeer gewaardeerd worden.
The Cache:
The Cache is made of a plastic tube with a threaded cover. Keep the Cache attached as is and only remove the cover gently. The bottom is very muddy, so in order to maintain visibility, try to hover a bit above. As the logbook is quite small, please try to write in small characters, to enable as many Geocachers as possible to log their find. The Cache is to be logged under water at the site itself. You can write on the dive slate (which is the log book) only with a lead pencil. A pencil should be at the location attached to the Cache, but a smart Geocacher makes sure to take a spare pencil with him/her, just in case. Pictures from your Cache moment are very welcome.
