One of the cool things about Whitetail Woods is that it seems to have some very cool history. I have uncovered many cool spots in my many scouting hikes throughout these woods. This area is no exception and it appears this may have been a spot where the animals were fed and watered. Relics around this area that I found include an old fashioned water pump possibly used to pump water to the old water trough that is nearby. Pretty cool to try and imagine what this place looked like way back when.
