For RNA's first hide, she wanted to place it near work for the possibility of bumping into other eager cachers. RNA is a grad student in a buidling nearby and this cache is dedicated to her muggle lab family who have to hear about GC acventures all the time.
This is a classic type. Stealth required during the day as it is a very busy area, but no matter what time you come, there will always be someone working in lab! Parking is technically not free but you won't need very much time to make the grab. Watch out for spiders and make sure it fits.
